Pulling the latest…
People order from where they’re sitting and get a text when it’s ready. Whoever’s pouring works a queue instead of a crowd.
1
A card on the counter. Or you take the order at the till, same queue.
2
Orders arrive in order, with a sticker for each cup.
3
They get a text and come back for it.
Your hours
A morning and an evening is two rows. Closed days show your hours instead of an order form.
One printed link
A single code on the counter. It finds the right day itself, there's nothing to switch on when you open.
Walk-ups
Plenty of people won't scan anything. Take it at the counter and they're in the same queue.
Something to read
A line you want up this week, a verse, a thank-you, a note about the beans. Yours to write; we don't ship a list.
An announcement
What you'd otherwise say to everyone twice. Give it an end date and it retires itself.
A welcome
A standing hello, shown when there's nothing else. Mostly read by first-timers.
A stamp card
Regulars collect a stamp a visit and you set the reward. It lives on their phone, nothing to print, nothing to lose.
Or don't charge at all
Free coffee, a cash box, the card reader you already own, none of that changes.
They pay on their phone
Prices sit next to the drinks and the payment happens before the order reaches the counter. One line, not two.
It lands in your Square
Your account, your usual deposit schedule, drinks itemised in your own reporting. We never hold it and we take nothing from it.
Charge for the lattes and leave the drip free if you like, a drink with no price on it just says free. If you take giving through Tithe.ly, Pushpay or anything else, we’ll put a code next to the bar that points at it.
$39/mo
Up to 400 drinks a month
$89/mo
Up to 1,200 drinks a month
$199/mo
Up to 3,000 drinks a month
Your first day is free. You’ll want a label printer and a laptop at the counter, we’ll tell you which ones and you buy them yourself.
