A simple, honest agreement.
These terms apply when you use Alongside Events, a service provided by Alongside Coffee (Auburn, Washington). By creating an account or running an event on our platform, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your login safe. Don’t share credentials with anyone who isn’t part of your business.
Pricing
Your first event is free. Each event after that is $30, charged when you mark the event live. No monthly subscription, no hidden fees. Premium features (AI drinks, photo wall, custom themes, live dashboard, full recap) are included with paid events.
What you can’t do
Don’t scrape data across operators. Don’t upload content that violates someone else’s rights or privacy. Don’t use the platform to harass, defraud, or deceive anyone. Don’t attempt to break the service for other users.
Guest content
Guests upload photos and notes to the platform. You’re responsible for moderating content shown to your couples. Alongside Events provides moderation tooling, but final review sits with you.
Uptime
We’ll do our best to keep the service running during your events. Live-event support is our highest priority. That said, internet services aren’t perfect — please have a paper fallback for critical moments.
Termination
You can cancel your account anytime. Unused credits aren’t refundable, but you won’t be charged for events you don’t create. If we ever need to terminate your account for abuse, we’ll let you know and give you a reasonable window to export your data.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. We limit our total liability to what you’ve paid us in the prior 12 months. We’re a small team — please be kind and fair.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
